Today, we had the opportunity to conduct interviews for the Specified Skilled Worker (SSW) positions in Kaigo (caregiving) for placements in Kagoshima and Fukuoka. Our team evaluated each candidate’s Japanese language proficiency, dedication to caregiving, and professionalism. We were impressed by the candidates' commitment to providing compassionate care, which is essential in the Kaigo field. Their respectful manners and willingness to adapt to Japan’s work culture left a strong impression on us. We believe these individuals will make a significant contribution to the caregiving workforce in Japan. We are excited to continue supporting aspiring workers who are eager to contribute to the well-being of those in need.
